To prepare this incredible cocktail we need the following ingredients:

- One egg yolk.

- 1 1/2 cl Cognac.

- 4 1/2 cl Port wine.

- Nutmeg.


Porto Flip cocktail: Step by step

- Place a couple of ice cubes in a granny glass and in the shaker to chill.

- Separate the egg yolk and whisk until creamy.

- Remove the excess water from the shaker and pour in the beaten yolk, Cognac and Port.

- Remove the ice from the glass and serve the preparation.

- Add a dash of nutmeg.
