HOW TO PREPARE BARRACUDA COCKTAIL

The cocktail that we tell you how to prepare is the well-known BARRACUDA cocktail. This cocktail was created by the Genoese bartender Benito Cuparri, who worked on cruise ships sailing in the Caribbean area and that is where he started to make it. To create it, he was inspired by typical Caribbean products such as pineapple, rum, etc... Without forgetting the Italian touch provided by the Galliano liqueur.

Today, the Barracuda cocktail is officially recognized by the IBA and belongs to the New Era Drink category. This cocktail is characterized by the combination of rum and pineapple, which give it a tropical touch, while the lime juice adds a touch of acidity, to finish with the sophisticated nuance given by the cava.
